Following on from the News that Matt has officially joined the Verde family via Shiner Bikes, we are pleased to release his ‘Welcome to Verde’ edit. Couple of weekends back we sent Ryan Hallet up to hang out with Matt to get a quick ‘fimed in a weekend edit’ fired out. Here is the result! [...]
Yesterday you had the photos, today you have the video. Will Stroud filmed this Cinema and Fiend trip to Tulsa. Some big moves in this so well worth a view (or two)….
I’m always well up for a game of BIKE but normally our games aren’t quite like this. Mirraco’s Andy Buckworth goes up against Pat Casey with some big moves done quite casually
In the build up to the Will Stroud Cinema x Fiend edit that’s dropping later today, Defgrip have a Disposed feature from the filming of the edit. Some good shots that show the other side of the pretty much guaranteed epic edit we’re expecting.
Pretty sad to hear that Dane Searls passed yesterday. Even though he was fairly ‘new’ to the scene, he certainly turned a few heads with videos like the one above (part two is even more bonkers). Rest in Peace dude, Shiner’s sure you’re roasting some ridiculous jumps somewhere…..
Al at AlphaBmxShop emailed to say they’ve been smashing Cinema parts out of the shop. If you’re in the area, drop in and have a gander
We’ve just had a massive delivery of Duo grips, Resilite pedals, Monochrome Pivotal posts and Stunner/Stunner Lo tires so hit up your local shop to grab some of them. If you’re local shop doesn’t stock them, badger them until they do!
It’s pretty easy to say we’re stoked to have Matt on the UK Verde team. He’s a top dude and always kills it on his bike. Here’s the official blurb – “Our UK distributor, Shiner Bicycles, is proud to welcome Matty Priest to the Verde UK team. Here’s what UK TM Martyn Tambling had to [...]
Mirraco’s Harry Main just picked up a pretty good win (and a nice cheque) at the Telekom Playgrounds in Berlin. He had some tough competition against Maddog and Webby so nice one Harry!
BlackCountry local and shredder Charles ‘Chicken’ Ashman recently donned his bike with a set of gold Cinema 777 rims and was kind enough to send us a couple of photos. First is off his blog CABA and the second is of him with his pretty dialled mk1 VW Caddy pickup Cheers Chicken!
If you follow us on Twitter, you would have seen we’ve been retweeting a few of Verde tweets about Tony. Well the fruits of their labour are now out for all to see so here’s Tony’s ‘Welcome’ edit filmed and edited by Will Stroud.
SourceBMX down in Hastings just put this up of their rad looking garden setup. We’ve also just had their new Winter catalogue here in the office which features Verde, Cinema and Duo parts so go buy something from them if you’re in the area!
Uk Verde TM Martyn Tambling has been hard at work getting together clips for a up coming edit. Always one to want to do things a little different and break away from clocking up samey skatepark footage, last Sunday we loaded up the wagon and made the trip down Cornwall. Somewhere in the darkest depths [...]
Ride UK Issue 158 is now out – some good features in there including some rad photos of Duo’s Kriss Kyle, a Verde Prism bikecheck and some there’s even some Verde, Duo and Cinema stickers on the cover! Go grab yourself a copy
Verde UK riders Martyn and Lima both have pretty good sections in this Profile Racing ‘Summer Sessions’ edit that came out yesterday. If only summer wasn’t so far away…..
What better way to start the day off other than enjoying this lovely hip table photo of UK flow guy Jon Robinson sent over by Verde TM Martyn Tambling
You know you’ve got a pretty banging team when 6 out of 7 of Cinema‘s US riders (Sexton, Dak, Corey Martinez, Nathan Williams, Bruno Hoffman and Garrett Reynolds taking the win) are mentioned in Taj’s ’25 Best BMX Riders Right Now’ list.
Wow, this is a treat to wake up to. Here’s Verde’s Drew York edit of his best of 2011 – some proper good moves in this so definitely worth a watch.
Cinema’s Nathan Williams has this killer photo shot by Andrew White featured on the ESPN’s Best of November Gallery. Nice!
Mirraco rider Nigel Sylvester has an interview up on the Animal site about his latest goings on. Check out his ‘Cuts’ part above – street moves!
Ever wanted to frontflip a wedge to wedge? Pretty sure I haven’t but it could be your sort of thing so here’s Mirraco’s Andy Buckworth with a how-to just in case you wanted to give it a blast.
Got one of those fancy smartphones? Then you can now follow Verde on Instagram under @verdebmx and get photos of what the team are up to.
Chase D’s just had his new bike check up on the Cinema site which has got a preview of the new rear hub that’s due out sometime next Spring.
Looks like the Trick or Treat Halloween jam was a blast and Duo Brand‘s Scotty Cranmer killed it all whilst dressed as Danny from Grease – boom!
